    I'm traveling in Feb 2014. Are there any plans to offer the free dining and if so when is this offer going to be available to take advantage of?

    Hello, Alex,

    In all honestly, we find out about special offers at the same time as the general public.  It would be difficult to guess if the offer will be available next year or not.  I'd encourage you to follow the Disney Parks Blog and the Special Offers page, especially when your trip is 4-6 months away.  

    You may also want to work with a reputable travel agent who could follow the specials for you.  I know that AAA often has agents that specialize in Disney travel.
