I'm traveling with my family May 2010. We are a party of 7. I made most of my dining reservations and some of them said we may not be sitting together. I really want all of us together at dinner. Is there anything I can do?

    Hi Marie,

It has been my experience that cast members will do their best to seat your party together.  I have never had to have my party separated at a restaurant in Disney World.  Most of the time, tables can be pushed together to make room for larger parties.  In some rare instances, you may be seated at separate tables that are right next to one another.

They say that to prepare you for the possibility, but most likely, your entire party will be seated together.  It does help if you arrive early (20 minutes) to your reservation and explain your situation.

Hope this helps.  Have a magical vacation!

Meet the Panelist: Diane, Georgia

After spending 25 years in RI, my husband and I relocated to GA with our youngest, who is now in high school. I took my first trip to Walt Disney World when I was 11 and I have traveled many times since then with all different party sizes. From creating our first itinerary as a honeymooner to later creating magical experiences for our multigenerational family gatherings, every aspect of planning a vacation has been pure joy to me.  Learn More About Diane
