I’m traveling on the Dream soon wondering if I can bring my Ember Mug and my travel kettle Ultrathin Upgraded Food Grade Silicone Travel Foldable Electric Kettle Boil Dry Protection Portable w/Dual Voltage and Separable Power Cord,555ML 110-220V us plug

Hello, Michelle. Thank you for visiting planDisney with your question. Welcome!

I'm glad you thought to ask your question here, as Disney Cruise Line requests that guests leave electrical appliances such as a heating mug and an electrical kettle at home. While you cannot bring these items aboard, I do have good news. You are welcome to request a carafe of hot water at any time to be delivered to your room via Room Service. Room Service is complimentary, but giving a small tip to the Crew Member who delivers your items is customary. You may bring cash or ask to add a tip to your Onboard Account.

Hot water will also be available in the dining rooms and at the beverage station near the pool. I hope you find it easy to get what you need at any time aboard the ship, and feel like you have the comforts of home in such a lovely setting at sea.

Your time aboard the Disney Dream is sure to be filled with moments of magic. There will be plenty of activities, live entertainment offerings, and opportunities for relaxation. One of my favorite spots to take in the ocean air is the Promenade Deck. The lounge chairs are plush, you can play a game of shuffleboard, or walk some laps around the deck. It's lovely!

Michelle, I'm wishing you a fabulous cruise. Please stop by planDisney again if you have additional questions. My pals and I will be here for you.

    Happy Sailing,
