    Hi Carrie,
Thanks submitting your question to us at the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

Oh no! I can hear the red alert sounding right now and hope you're not panicking! Let's see if we can give you some advice so you can make your FastPass+ selections.

First things first...I know this might sound silly, but do you have a My Disney Experience account? I'm guessing you do, but just in case you don't, that's step one for this process.

First, you will need your resort reservation numbers so you can put those in to My Disney Experience.  Your travel company should be able to provide you with something so you can link those to your account. You'll need those so they system knows you're staying on property so you can have your FastPass+ window open when you are 60 days from arrival.

Next, you will need park tickets. If the school has already purchased tickets, you'll need ticket numbers to put into My Disney Experience to make those FastPass+ selections.

If you have both of those and neither are working, please call the friendly and helpful folks at My Disney Experience to see if they can help you out.

Carrie, I hope you can get those FastPass+ selections made tonight for your upcoming trip. Please come back and see us if you have any additional questions.

    Best Wishes,
    Amy S.
