Ahoy there, Luis!
Welcome to planDisney. Thanks for cruising to us with your question as you prepare for an Alaskan voyage. I can't wait for you to enjoy the stunning vistas and spectacular views from aboard the
Disney Wonder.
I called an agent at Disney Cruise Line to check if your manual espresso machine was okay to bring aboard the ship. I was informed that you will run the risk of having the machine confiscated at the port terminal, as kitchen appliances (whether electrical or not) are asked to be left at home for safety reasons. I'm sure this wasn't the news you were hoping to hear, Luis, but I hope you will find the coffee options onboard the ship to be an adequate alternative to your usual espresso. You'll find specialty coffees for purchase at any of the main dining restaurants onboard, including bars, lounges, and even through
room service.
I encourage you to stop by the
Cove Café (Deck 9, midship) to view the menu and enjoy the relaxing adults-only atmosphere. The Cove Café often displays pastries and light bites to accompany the specialty beverages available there. Ask your barista to see if they are offering the Cove Fanatic Card. If you get your card stamped for purchasing five coffee-based drinks, your sixth coffee-based drink will be complimentary.
I wish you a well-caffeinated and wonderful Disney Cruise. Bon Voyage!
