I'm told we will receive cards rather than wrist bands when we pick up our tickets at will call. Can we convert those to wrist bands? If so, where can we do this in the park?

    Hi Lisa!

Thank you for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

You are correct that you will receive Admission Cards when picking up your tickets at any Guest Relations booth at Walt Disney World Resort. Guests staying on property receive complimentary MagicBands, but everyone can purchase them to add to their My Disney Experience (MDE) account. Most of the merchandise shops at the parks and resorts sell various MagicBand designs. They can easily be connected to your MDE account (and assigned to the correct person) by entering the identification number on the band. Here is a link to instructions for linking your MagicBand.

I see that your trip is coming up very soon! We just returned from Walt Disney World Resort and I highly recommend that you make your way over to the new Toy Story Land at Disney's Hollywood Studios. You can "play big" in Andy's Backyard with toys and characters that most of us grew up with!

I hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any other questions.
