I'm thinking of taking my 5 year old on tomorrow land raceway which I've never been on. Will he be able to drive? Is this worth doing?

Hello Nancy!  Thanks for visiting us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

The Tomorrowland Speedway is a miniature motorway designed for families to have a speedy good time. To ride this attraction, Guests must be at least 31 inches tall.  To drive a car, the driver must be 31 inches tall and accompanied by someone who is at least 54 inches tall.  To ride alone, the driver must be 54 inches tall.  My daughter is 7 now but she has enjoyed this attraction for years.  Kids seem to flock to the Tomorrowland Speedway, which does seem to make the line a little bit longer.  If you have the time to wait in line, I would say this is a do not miss attraction for your son.

If you have any other questions, please feel free to ask.  Have a magical day!

Meet the Panelist: Jackie, North Carolina

I love all things Walt Disney World.  In fact, since becoming Annual Passholders, my family of 3 is always hopping in the car for a quick trip to visit with Mickey Mouse!  I've been known to make the 8 hour each way drive to Walt Disney World (in one day!) to indulge in a Mickey Waffle or enjoy a sunny day at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park.  I may have a small family, but we are always up for some BIG fun at the Walt Disney World Resort.   Learn More About Jackie
