I'm thinking about spending New Year's eve at one of the Disney parks, but I have a 1 year old baby. Which of the parks would be more appropriate for a baby ?

Bem vinda to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Ellen.

You're certainly in for a vacation experience to remember. The Disneyland Resort in California will be ringing in the new year with live entertainment, music, and, weather permitting, fireworks. Not only that, but the Holidays at the Disneyland Resort will continue into January of the new year.

You will enjoy taking in your baby's reactions to the sights and sounds of either Disneyland Park or Disney California Adventure Park. Both parks will be full of fun and excitement. If we were experiencing the Disneyland Resort over New Years Eve with an infant, particularly if we were using a stroller, I think we would choose Disney California Adventure Park. With the wider walkways in that park, and with the large numbers of guests that attend these celebrations, I feel like that park would allow for a little more room to enjoy the festivities.

Watch the Disney Parks Blog to learn of new offerings for the upcoming new year celebration. You may read previous posts to learn about past offerings. From parades, to Santa, to holiday-themed attractions, the Disneyland Resort has much to offer you and your childBaby Care Centers are also just the right places to change a diaper or to nurse or feed your baby.

    Happy New Year, Ellen!
