    I'm thinking of planning a family vacation in April 2014, beginning on Friday April 18, 2014, continuing thru Thursday, April 24, the following week. Will this period be considered 'peak' season, and very crowded?

    Thank you for sending in your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

    Easter is on Sunday, April 20th in 2014 and thus that week will be extremely crowded at Walt Disney World since many older children have off the week before Easter or the week after.  Easter and Christmas are too of the busiest holidays at Walt Disney World with the other single day being July 4th.
