I'm thinking of coming to WDW at the end of April April 20-April 25. How are the crowds at that time? How is the weather? Out of the lower level priced hotels which is best for a 5 yr old? We were thinking about either Pop, Music, of Movie hotel. Thanks!

    Hi there, Jai!

The weather in Central Florida during the month of April is just gorgeous. Expect warm temperatures, low humidity, and not too much in the way of rain,

Crowds, during April, while above average, are manageable. They are not peaking; that will happen during summer travel season.

But many schools - from elementary to college - are enjoying Spring Breaks during April, so you can definitely expect lots of families enjoying the fun at the Walt Disney World Parks and Resorts.

Off the Value-class hotels, you cannot make a bad choice. I might consider the Pop Century over the All-Star Resorts simply because the "Pop", as it is affectionately known, does have an independent bus system and does not share space with any of the other Resorts.

But each of the Value-class Resorts offers a few great pools - and Cast members providing fun activities poolside! -, a family-friendly food court, and, of course, the detailed theming so prevalent at Disney Resorts.

    Have a wonderful stay!

    See you later, celebrator,
