I'm thinking about buying a multiple days ticket for Florida residents but what if I wanted to upgrade to an annual pass during my third visit. Can I do that?

    Hi Riza,

The Florida Resident Disney Select tickets for three or four days not only are a great deal, they are an excellent entry to a Florida Resident annual pass. After your initial visit, you may very well find that you need to be able to return often in the coming months.

You absolutely can upgrade your three-day tickets to an annual pass and apply what you paid for the three-day passes toward the cost of your annual pass. Simply visit a Guest Relations location on or before your final visit with those tickets.

Besides the ability to visit often, an annual pass has many other benefits, including special discounts on dining, shopping, events and more. My family has been passholders for 20 years, so we're obviously big fans.

Please note that some of the annual passes do have blockout dates. I have the Silver Pass, which allows unlimited entry except for peak periods: about two weeks at Christmas, two weeks at Easter and from early June to mid-August. The Gold Pass has only a few blockout dates around the holidays.

Thanks for coming back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel with another question, Riza. Please let us know if we can do anything else to help you plan -- whether it's for three days or the whole year. Enjoy!
