I'm thinking about going on the Backstage Magic tour where you get to see behind the scenes stuff at several of the theme parks, but it seems really expensive. Do you think it's worth the money?

My husband and I absolutely loved the Backstage Magic Tour.  We were able to see and learn so much.  When we took the tour it lasted about six hours and included lunch at Mama Melrose's.  If you like to know how Disney creates the magic, you will love this tour.  I was amazed just seeing how they manage to clean thousands of costumes a day.  My husband's favorite part was seeing the warehouse that stores all of the Christmas decorations for WDW.

The tour focuses mostly on Epcot and Hollywood Studios.  You do spend some time in Magic Kingdom, but not nearly as much as those who take the Keys to the Kingdom tour.

It may be expensive, but its a once in a lifetime experience.  The tour groups are kept very small and you feel like a VIP walking through all the "cast member only" doors.  Also remember that you don't need to pay for a park ticket to take the tour.

I hope you have fun on your trip.  I can't wait to hear all about it.
