Hello I'm a teacher and doing the flat Stanley project. May I ask were can we mail the letter for someone to read and possibly write back?

Hello Jessica and thank you so much for stopping by planDisney with such an interesting question for us!

Your wonderful enquiry concerning the Flat Stanley Project truly jumped right out at me!  It took my mind back to 2014 where I enjoyed the wonderful opportunity of interviewing Josh Greenhut, who I'm sure you'll already know, is the author of the series of children's books - Flat Stanley's Worldwide Adventures.

Josh Greenhut was such a joy to speak with and I remember him mentioning that he thought Flat Stanley's favorite Disney character was sure to be Woody from Toy Story.  Josh explained that similarly to Stanley, Woody's character is kind and warm-hearted and of course they both share the same strong moral values.  Plus, Stanley and Woody are always incredibly accepting of everyone they meet.

Jessica, it is so exciting for you and your students to be exploring the world with the Flat Stanley Project, and I'm more than happy to share that Guests can mail letters to Walt Disney World Resort via this postal address -

    Walt Disney World Communications
    P.O Box 10040
    Lake Buena Vista
    Florida 32830-0040

Additionally, if you would prefer, Guests may also contact helpful Cast Members via this online email form.

Of course, it goes without saying that when contacting Walt Disney World Communications you'll want to be sure to include a clearly marked return address!  Although, it is always worth bearing in mind that a response can never be guaranteed.

I believe that if Flat Stanley visited Walt Disney World Resort, he'd head straight for Epcot where I'm sure he'd be excited to explore each of the 11 countries represented in World Showcase - especially my home Pavilion of the United Kingdom!  Next Flat Stanley would board the Disney Skyliner and fly over to Disney's Hollywood Studios to Andy's Backyard in Toy Story Land where I just know he'd enjoy lots of fun adventures playing big with Sheriff Woody!

Jessica, I hope I've been able to offer you a little insight today.  If you should have any further questions about visiting Walt Disney World Resort, then please do pop back to planDisney where I'd be more than happy to help

Have a great Disney day ~ Jane
