I'm taking a 6yo and 8yo by myself for 5 days. I know the 8yo can handle the walking but I'm not sure about the 6yo. Any advice on whether I should rent a stroller for them. Both under 45 pounds. Where is the best and price friendly place to rent?

    Hi Robin,

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I'm so glad you asked this question. A Walt Disney World Resort vacation does entail a great deal of walking. It can be quite exhausting for young children. I used a stroller on our vacations for my youngest daughter up until she was 7 years old so, there is "no shame in my stroller game" when it comes to using a stroller for older kids in the Theme Parks.

Strollers are available for rent throughout the Walt Disney World Theme Parks and Downtown Disney Area. However, strollers need to be returned upon exiting the Parks and Downtown Disney Area so if your child is asleep; it's not an ideal situation. Carrying an exhausted child onto a bus and through the halls of your Resort to get back to your room is, pardon the pun, "no day in the Park." I suggest renting a stroller through Kingdomstrollers.com. The strollers are delivered to and picked up from your Resort hotel. All you have to do is choose your time of delivery and pick up and they do the rest for you.
