Hello, I'm taking my 10 year old son and 5 year old for his birthday do they need a covid test to go in the park? I am fully vaccinated but they are not.

    Hello Julia!

Welcome to planDisney and thanks so much for bringing your question our way!

I’m delighted to hEAR that you’re planning a trip to “The Happiest Place on Earth!” I hope you and your children have a wonderful time! Don’t forget to stop by Guest Relations for a complimentary birthday button. Cast Members would love to join in the celebration by wishing your son a Happy Birthday! And, while you’re there, grab a button for yourself and your other little one. You’re both helping him celebrate too, right?

When the Disneyland Resort reopened, a recommendation was made that unvaccinated Guests obtain a negative Covid test prior to their visit. However, there is no requirement for individuals of any age to obtain a negative Covid test in order to enter the theme parks. However, all Guests age 2 and above are required to wear a facial covering indoors unless actively eating or drinking. This requirement includes when traveling on the bus transportation to and from the Toy Story Parking Area. Facial coverings are optional in outdoor areas.

I hope this information helps. Please head back to planDisney if you have any more questions!
