Hi there, Daichi!
Uh oh! Is
Experiment 626 (A.K.A. Stitch) causing trouble again? I’m sorry you have had some issues with making your
theme park ticket purchase. If you still do not see tickets on the “Tickets and Passes” screen of the
Disneyland mobile app and
theme park reservations on the “Future Plans” screen, you may want to retry the purchase. I recommend switching between the app and the website or trying different devices and browsers as well. If you have still not had success with re-trying your ticket purchase, I recommend reaching out to a Cast Member on the
Tickets phone line. I recognize that, as an international Guest, a telephone call may not be very practical. So you may also wish to try contacting Disney via the chat feature in the Disneyland app.
Although advanced purchases are highly recommended, you may also purchase theme park tickets in person at the ticket booths outside the Disneyland Resort theme park main entrances. Before trying this approach, it’s a good idea to check the
theme park reservation availability calendar to make sure there are still openings for the park you wish to visit first that day. At the time I am writing this, I’m seeing excellent availability for the next several weeks for
Park Hopper tickets, and only one day next week shows
Disney California Adventure Park not available for one-park-per-day tickets. Still, if you can complete the purchase and
theme park reservation process before you arrive, that is definitely preferred.
Tony’s Tip: To help make your visit to the Disneyland Resort as smooth and fun as possible, I recommend downloading the latest version of the Disneyland mobile app. Use the app to locate dining, shopping, entertainment, and characters. You can also look up attraction wait times and reserve
Lightning Lane return times with the
Disney Genie+ service or with the purchase of
individual Lightning Lane for select attractions. Another mobile app I recommend is the
Play Disney Parks app. With games, trivia, and access to the
Star Wars: Datapad, the Play Disney Parks app is one of my favorite ways to enhance a visit to The Happiest Place on Earth!
Have a magical time, Daichi!
