    I'm taking my mom to Disney for her 60th birthday and I was wondering what would be the best signature dining restaurant to celebrate her special day?

    Hi there Jennifer!

    I haven't had the pleasure of eating at all of the Signature Restaurants but I was fortunate enough to have eaten at Victoria and Albert's located at the Grand Floridian Resort. The meal is a culinary masterpiece beyond anything I could have imagined. Everything was fantastic even menu items which I would never normally try! Your mom is going to feel like a queen when se steps into the restaurant! I would try to make your reservation as early as possible because the restaurant is fabulous and fills up quickly! The number to call is (407)WDW-DINE and they start the reservation process 180 days out.
