I'm taking my kids to disney Labor Day weekend 2013. We will be staying at Baylake Towers and they want to do all the thrill rides in one day so we are planning to hit all four parks 9/2. Any suggestions on which park to hit 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th. Thanks!

That's a lofty goal, Megan, but with a little patience, I bet you can do it!  If it were me, I'd probably make my decision based upon Extra Magic Hours.  Take advantage of whichever park is offering Extra Magic Hours on the day of your grand adventure.  That will decide either the first or fourth park for you.  From there, I'd choose my route around transportation.  Animal Kingdom is going to be the most time consuming to get to.  Start there and get it out of the way.  Then, maybe you should head to Magic Kingdom.  From there, you might opt to take the monorail over to Epcot.  From Epcot, hit Hollywood Studios, which is only a thirteen minute bus ride away.  Of course, much of your plan will hinge upon park hours and schedules.  As it gets closer, come back and ask again and we'll help map your route based on a current calendar.  I love a good challenge!
