Hi, Lori -
You'll be heading out on the High Seas with Captain Mickey real soon! Expect to be enjoying the warm Bahamian weather and soaking in some vitamin SEA on your upcoming vacation.
The Bahamas is pretty blessed with almost year round beach weather. It's a great destination for vacationers, since it's care free pleasant weather. November's temperatures will usually be in the high 70's and 80's. It does get cooler in the evenings, so make sure you take a light sweater or shawl if you intend to walk the decks in the evenings, or catch a film outdoors under the stars. Pack a couple of swimsuits since you'll likely be spending some time on the beach or by the pool. Be prepared for cruise casual attire in the evenings so a dress or a couple nice tops paired with capri pants and sandals works well. There will be an optional dress up night -- so if you'd like to glam it up a bit... it's the perfect time to do it! It will be a perfect evening for cruise photos for the whole family! I usually pack a pair of slippers, nice sandals or wedges, and my running shoes for the Castaway Cay 5K fun run. Here's a few more tips for
dressing for your Disney Cruise.
Don't forget your Pirate Gear for the Pirates IN the Caribbean deck party. Swashbuckling fun for everyone -- and most of the guests really get into it. If you are having dinner at
Palo, the dress code will be strictly enforced and men will need to wear dress pants, a shirt or jacket. You'll need to be equally stunning in a dress or pant suit. Brunch at Palo will not require a jacket or a tie... but dressy attire will still be required.
I hope this helps, Lori. Do let us know if you need more info.
