Hi I'm taking my family, this Dec, and its me my husband and my 3 year old, I was wondering were on a strict budget and were driving from Canada , what would be the best way to save on food while we were there, were going for 1 week at x mas time. thanks

    Hi, Nikki!!

I would recommend having a few breakfast items in your resort room.  When my kids were little I would share my meals with them to save on the cost.  The meal portions are abundant.  There is usually plenty.  We would eat 2 meals a day.  We would buy dinner around 3 pm and still have the lunch rate and have a snack in the early evening.  This made our dollar stretch.  When you enter the parks pick up the park guide along with the show schedules.  The show schedule will give you the time and locations of the Character Meet n Greets. This will allow your 3 year old to get pictures and autographs with some of her favorite Disney Characters.  I hope you have a fabulous trip!!  Heather M.
