I'm taking my fam to Disney for the first time in Oct. We are arriving in Orlando on Oct. 21, but our stay doesn't start until Oct 22. I was really wanting to to head in to MK the 21st. Can I pick up my tickets a day early? I've gotten mixed answers.

    Hello there Candace!

I know what you mean about trying to get your tickets in advance of your reservation time. We were able to pick up our park tickets three days in advance of our resort stay last year. It's a little tricky because some of the Cast Members are not entirely sure of how to go about it. If the Cast Member is unsure, have them talk to a supervisor, they should be able to help you out. Here is how the procedure works:

First, you have to pick the tickets up at a Guest Relations (Guest Services) window at one of the four Main Theme Parks or the one in Downtown Disney. Cast Members cannot do it at a resort because it's a totaly different ticket system. When you are asking the Cast member, tell them that you need an "Early Ticket Pickup."

I hope this information helps you with your planning and if you have more questions, please ask away, we are always here to help! Have a Magical Time at the Walt Disney World Resort! Thanks so much for asking the Moms Panel!
