    I'm taking my DD to Afternoon Tea at the Garden View Tea Room while at WDW over Thanksgiving. I would love to buy a tea service set to give her for Christmas when we get home. Do you know if they sell china tea sets there or anywhere on property? Thanks!

    Hi there Anitra,

    My daughter and I have shared in the experience of Afternoon Tea at the Grand Floridian's Garden View Tea Room several times and it is easily one of our favorite things to do together when visiting the Walt Disney World Resort.  We fell in love with all of the fine details including the beautiful Royal Albert China.  Unfortunately, I do not remember ever seeing this particular china sold anywhere on property.  I was able to find her a mini set on Amazon by searching "Royal Albert Country Roses Tea Set."  You could purchase this ahead of time and present it to her as a surprise after or during the tea.  You can even have it shipped directly to your resort.  It comes in a hard box with a string handle... like a hat box so it would be sturdy enough to carry home on an airplane.  The set I described is miniature in size, but larger sets are also available.

    In addition, almost every retail shop on property carries a selection of whimsical Alice in Wonderland themed tea serving pieces that are adorable and would make a wonderful souvenir.  There is a porcelain tea pot as well as a cute "Tea for one" set with a mini pot and cup with saucer.  This may be the perfect gift to present to your daughter is you wanted something Disney themed.  You could probably find a photo by searching the web for "Disney Parks Alice in Wonderland Tea items."
