Hi, I'm taking my daughter to Disney World for her 6th birthday. I'm looking for a room to stay in with more of a princess theme, style, feeling to it. Is there any resort/hotel/villa with this?

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel Alysha ~

Disney World is the perfect place to celebrate a Princess' 6th Birthday! Be sure to ask for a "Happy Birthday" button when you check in your Disney World Resort Hotel or at any Guest Relations location. Also be sure to mention you'll be celebrating a birthday when you make any dining reservations.

There are indeed rooms with a Princess theme at Disney World. Royal Guest Rooms are available at the Port Orleans Riverside Resort. These rooms feature regal touches from Princess Tiana and some of her other princess friends. Your daughter will love that the headboards create a special fireworks display - super cool!

The website AllEars.net features some great photos of the Royal Guest Rooms. Under "Accommodations", look for the Fact Sheet for Port Orleans - Riverside. Once you reach that page, you'll see a link for Royal Rooms under "Featured Information".

There are lots of ways to celebrate a Princess Birthday from makeovers at the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique to dining with Princesses at character meals to Princess Tea Parties. Let us know if you need any suggestions or any details to help make it a magical celebration. It's our pleasure to assist you!

Wishing you minnie magical memories :-) Allison V.
