I'm surprising my teenage kids and taking them for the 1st time to Disney world In Sept. Are my kids 14,15 years old to old for the MNSHP. I can't ask them as they won't know we are going there until the plane arrives in Florida.

    Hi there Anna,

Disney surprises are my favorite, and I am sure you kids are going to be so excited when they find out they are on their way to The Walt Disney World Resort.  Halloween is one of my favorite times to visit, not only because the temperatures are just perfect... but also because the parks are festively decorated for Halloween and the Fall season, there are yummy seasonal treats everywhere, and of course, Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party is in full swing.

Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party is going to be a blast for the whole family, regardless of age.  There is so much spooky fun to be had from Trick or Treating to character meet and greets where the characters will be decked out in their costumes.  Many of your favorite attractions will be open during the party as well, so it's a great way to experience the park after it has closed to the general public.

I have been to Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party with my 8 year old daughter and also sans-kids, with my husband.  I think we have just as much fun as the young kids. I hope you'll take my advice and trust that you guys are all going to have a blast!

    Best Wishes,

    Amanda F.
