Hi I'm surprising my niece with an Ariel Magicband for our trip, when I check in will they transfer her info (room, ticket, meals) onto this band from her standard issue one?

    Hey, Jill!

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. You are the best aunt ever! Your niece is going to love making her new Ariel MagicBand a part of her world.

Yes, the front desk at your Walt Disney World Resort hotel will gladly make sure the correct MagicBand is linked to her vacation package. If you have the MagicBand before your trip begins, you may link it to her through My Disney Experience. This web page will help guide you through the process of linking MagicBands.

Disney Dad Tip: If your niece is a huge Ariel fan then make sure to have her meet Ariel at her Grotto in Fantasyland in Magic Kingdom Park. Ariel will love to see the MagicBand and talk about Prince Eric, Sebastian and even dinglehoppers.

Jill, enjoy making many Magical Memories!
