I'm sure this question has been asked many times, so apologies in advance. Will the new park reservation system allow you to book two parks for one day i.e if you have a reservation for MK during the day but have an evening dining reservation in Epcot?

    Hi Jonathan!

We are thrilled to have you fly over to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! No apologies are necessary-this question may have been asked before, but it's never been asked by YOU! And actually it's exciting for me because I have not had the chance to answer about the new park reservation system yet. I call that a win-win for us both!

The ringmasters at Disney are hard at work fine-tuning all aspects of the park reservation process and resort operations. And we are inching closer to the magic reopening dates of July 11 for the Magic Kingdom and Disney’s Animal Kingdom followed by EPCOT and Disney’s Hollywood Studios on July 15. I'm optimistic that news will be flying around like Dumbo with his Magic Feather!

What we do know at this time is that theme park capacity will necessarily be limited and attendance managed via a new theme park reservation system that will require all Guests to obtain a reservation for park entry in advance. As of right now, no announcements have yet been made about park hopping under this new reservation system. So I recommend checking frequently on the Walt Disney World website for the current operational updates and the Disney Parks Blog because they do a phenomenal job of sharing the latest news.

Since your travel plans to the Most Magical Place on Earth are for several months out, I can imagine that much can and will change in the coming months. Pinky promise, I will keep my EARS peeled for any new information. Believe in us and soar back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel with new questions and we will be glad to help with each one of them. With a little “I think I can” attitude, we can be like Casey Junior (the train in Dumbo) as we climb this new phased reopening together!

    See ya real soon!
