Hiya, Genevieve! Thanks for visiting planDisney with your artistically-minded question.
What a pretty picture you've painted - creating art inside one of the
Disneyland parks sounds lovely. I reviewed the
Disneyland Park Rules and Regulations, and there is nothing precluding you from bringing your paints and sketch pad. However, you will want to be mindful that you do not obstruct sidewalks, entrances, halls, or other guest areas while creating your masterpiece. I recommend checking the Disneyland Resort's "Prohibited Activities" list before your visit to make sure that you're allowed to paint without interruption. Please keep in mind, too, that policies and rules are subject to change at any time.
Genevieve, I think it would be fantastic to find a bench near Pixie Hollow in
Disneyland Park and paint Sleeping Beauty Castle. Or find a spot near Paradise Gardens Park in
Disney California Adventure Park to paint a picture of Pixar Pier. If you need a break from painting, you could also visit the Animation Academy on Hollywood Land and join an
Animation Academy drawing class. It is one of my family's favorite activities in the parks, and I love that there is a new character to draw each session.
Thank you so much for stopping by, Genevieve. Please
visit me again at any time!
See you in the parks,
Melissa
