Hey Howdy Hey Claire and welcome to planDisney!
I am so excited to hear you will be visiting the Most Magical Place on Earth later this year from Australia! What an extra magical vacation you have in store visiting during the holiday season as well. Thank you for stopping by with your question about reservations for
Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique in Magic Kingdom. I will be happy to give you a little more insight into these reservations.
When it comes to booking an experience at Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, there are some things to consider when you are trying to make these reservations. This experience is super popular for princes and princesses alike to get their time with a Fairy Godmother's Apprentice to turn into the noble version of themselves. In the past, this experience was available in Magic Kingdom, The Grand Floridian Resort and Spa as well as Disney Springs, which at this time, Magic Kingdom is the only one that is open and available. The time of year you will be visiting is an extra magical one and is also one that many people visit at Walt Disney World Resort as this is one of their busiest times of the year. Both of these factors will play into availability for this experience, so the fact you live in Australia should not play much of a role in availability. Now that you know what you are up against, let's talk strategy for booking this experience.
Considering we are within 60 days of your vacation, I would make sure to check the site multiple times per day. Make this part of your day, several times per day, to see if any reservations open up during your trip. This is one way to snag any reservations of anyone that may have canceled their plans. If you are still unable to get a reservation before your trip, you still do have some options.
The first thing you can do is to drop by during your day at Magic Kingdom and just enquire about any potential openings. Sometimes there are last-minute cancelations and they may be able to squeeze you all in. Depending on how many days you will be staying and visiting the parks, I've got one more option for you.
If you purchased an outfit at home, you can pack it away and have it magically appear in your room on the day you want this experience. At one time,
Sephoria in Disney Springs had an experience where you can have the make-up done to look like any princess you wanted to match the outfit. You can then travel in royal style with a personal
Minnie Van to get you from Disney Springs to the theme park. Try and get experiences like
Princess Fairytale Hall in Magic Kingdom or meeting
Ann and Elsa at the Royal Summerhus in EPCOT for a next-level experience. You can also pair this experience with a meal at
Akershus Royal Banquet Hall in EPCOT or either
Cinderella's Royal Table or
Be Our Guest in Magic Kingdom for a truly noble experience!
I hope that helped to give you some options you have going forwards. Please feel free to stop back with any further questions you may have, we would be happy to help!
Have a Magical Day,
Nick
