Im staying at wilderness lodge, can I walk to the TTC from there, it seems like its very close. Its my girlfriend and I so no kids to worry about safety. TIA

    Hi Craig!

I know it looks very close on the map, but there is really no way one can walk from the Wilderness Lodge to the Transportation and Ticket Center.  There is no sidewalk and a person would have to walk along a road a long distance.  Instead, you can take a Disney busy to where you need to go, or you can always take a boat from the Wilderness Lodge to the Contemporary; once you are at the Contemporary Resort, you can just take a monorail to the Transportation and Ticket Center.  Boats leave about every 20 minutes from the Wilderness Lodge.  There's even a boat that runs directly between the lodge and the Magic Kingdom.

By the way, the Wilderness Lodge is my favorite resort at Walt Disney World.  Take time to explore.  I also recommend making a reservation at the Whispering Canyon Cafe if you have any children in your party.  It's a great family restaurant.  If you go, be sure to ask for a bottle of ketchup or insist on a large drink!  If you want a more adult / romantic restaurant, head to Artist Point in the lodge; it's fabulous!

I hope this helps!  Write back if you have any more questions!
