Hi, I'm going to be staying in WDW in April for 4 nights and 3 days w/ my DH, 16 & 12 yr old DD's. Which moderate resort would be best for us? We're not planning on going to any of the parks. We want a resort w/ lots to do & gives us the best for o

    Hi Ashley!

There are a lot of nice Disney Moderate Resorts at Walt Disney World.  The Moderate option with the most on site activities, in my opinion, is a cabin at Fort Wilderness Resort and Campground.  The cabins offers a bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed, a full kitchen,  a living room, and a bathroom.  There's also a Murphy bed in addition to the beds in the bedroom.  On the outside there is a deck with a picnic table and a charcoal grill.

There are pools at Fort Wilderness, an arcade, tennis, basketball, water skiing, archery, boats to rent, bicycles to rent, horseback riding, pony rides, cane pole fishing, playgrounds, a campfire sing-along, nightly wagon rides, and private carriage rides.

If you go to Fort Wilderness, definitely consider making a reservation for the Hoop Dee Doo Musical Review.  It's a lot of fun for the whole family.  I would also recommend making a dining reservation for Trail's End restaurant, which is one of the better values at Walt Disney World.

If the cabin doesn't sound appealing, I would next recommend Port Orleans Riverside.  I love the theming of the resort, especially the Alligator Bayou section.  I also love it's boat service to Downtown Disney, which is a lot of fun and relaxing, especially at night.

I hope this helps!  Write back with more questions!
