I'm staying at the All Star Music Resort this upcoming October, I know when booking you can reserve a "preferred room" but is there anyway to request a specific room if it is available. After staying there multiple times I have a "favorite&

    Hi Hillary!

Isn't it funny how we all grow accustomed to our "favourites" at Walt Disney World! It really does become your home-away-from-home doesn't it? =)

Requests for very specific room locations cannot be 'guaranteed' per se, but they can certainly be notated and the wonderful Cast Members at Disney's All-Star Music Resort will certainly do their utmost to try to meet your request, based on availability.

In order to improve your chances of your reasonable request being fulfilled, there are a few small steps that I'd personally recommend you take.

First of all, call in at (407) 939-7675 and ask the Resort Reservation Cast Member you speak with to add a 'note' to your reservation file. Be specific about what you'd like to request in this note. Secondly, fax your request to the resort directly to the attention of 'Room Assignments' about 10-14 days prior to your arrival, and again about 2-3 days prior to arrival. The fax number for Disney's All-Star Music Resort is (407) 939-7222.

As you check in, politely remind the Cast Member that you had a specific room request on file that you're really hopeful has been able to be met.

I hope you're able to return 'home' to your very favourite room on your upcoming trip Hillary, and I'm sure you'll have a Magical time at Walt Disney World!
