    I'm staying at Port Orleans French Quarter in Sept. 2012 I booked a 7:30am ADR at Chef Mickey's. I did the same thing in 2011, but can't remember when the "character bus" comes. I called the resort but they didn't know what I was talking about??

    Hi Bibiana,

    The early morning bus used to be called the "Character" bus. It no longer has this name, however buses are available to get guests to their early morning destinations.

    Buses will begin arriving resorts at 6:30 a.m., however if  you've been waiting an extra long time, feel free to call Bus Operation Center directly at 407-824-7092 and let them know that you need immediate transportation.

    You will board a bus to the Magic Kingdom for your Chef Mickey's reservation. When you board, tell the bus driver that you are headed to Chef Mickey's at the Contemporary. Sometimes, they will stop first at the hotel before proceeding to the Magic Kingdom. If they don't, it's an easy walk from the Magic Kingdom's bus station over to the Contemporary Resort.
