I’m staying at The Polynesian Resort the first week of April 2019. We are booking a DVC deluxe studio room. What is the best way to request the room we would love and get it?

Hi, Kathryn!  Thanks for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

It is difficult for me to choose my favorite Walt Disney World Resort Hotel because they are all so amazing.  However, if I had to pick my favorite, I think I would have to go with Disney's Polynesian Village Resort.  I love the tropical atmosphere, and Disney's Polynesian Village Resort is home to some of my favorite restaurants and lounges such as 'Ohana and Trader Sam's Grog Grotto.  Plus, when I stay at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort, I can stop by Pineapple Lanai for a Dole Whip any time I'm craving one (which is all the time)!

Prior to your arrival at your Walt Disney World Resort Hotel, you are welcome to make requests regarding the location of your room.  You may make certain room requests during the Online Resort Check-In process.  I also find that it is helpful to call the Resort Reservations Line to speak directly to a Cast Member and discuss any room requests that you might have.  While Cast Members cannot guarantee that they will be able to accommodate your requests, they will certainly try their best.

I hope you and your 'ohana enjoy your stay at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort.  Aloha!
