Aloha Kathleen,
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! My son's favorite Walt Disney World Resort Hotel will probably always be
Disney's Polynesian Village Resort based on a magical stay in the club level Hawaii building. As soon as we set foot on the property we felt we had found a tropical paradise.
At Disney's Polynesian Village Resort the
Club Level is called the King Kamehameha Club. The Lounge is open 24 hours a day but food service is held 4 times a day. The day opens with breakfast, then early through mid-afternoon there are snacks. Early evening brings appetizers followed by later evening desserts and cordials.
You can request a simple alcoholic beverage like beer, wine, and champagne during any of the service times. There will be a good selection of beer and wine out during the appetizer service. Likewise, there is a selection of cordials and liqueurs available during the dessert service.
I am not a big fan of cordials or liqueurs so I would request a glass of wine in the evening. The Cast Members were happy to oblige when they were able. I loved sitting in the lounge after a long park day and enjoying
Happily Ever After fireworks from Magic Kingdom Park. It was truly a slice of heaven.
Kathleen, thank you for visiting us with your question. I hope you will let us know if you have any further questions about your club level stay or any other planning questions! We're here to help!
Wishing you a magical vacation,
Amy H.
