I'm staying 4 nights at Grand Floridian Resort & Spa in february, attending a corporate. Do I have access to the parks for free or I still must buy the tickets on the side?

Hey There, Hi There, Ho There!

Welcome to planDisney! We are DELIGHTED you stopped by and are excited to help you plan your upcoming trip to Disney World! It looks like you will be arriving in a few days...WOO HOO! We know you are going to have the most MAGICAL time!

First of all, you are going to LOVE staying at The Grand Floridian! This resort offers a luxurious stay with elegant Victorian-style architecture, world-class dining, top-tier amenities, and stunning waterfront views. It's also located on the monorail system, where you have direct access to Magic Kingdom and EPCOT!

As you plan for your upcoming trip, I want to let you know that you will need to purchase tickets to enter each of the four theme parks. Now, since you are attending a corporate event or convention, I would check with your group and see if they are offering special prices for theme park tickets. I have attended several conventions at Disney World, and attendees were offered late entry discounted tickets to go to a theme park after the convention day was over. If special convention tickets are not being offered, I highly recommend you go ahead and purchase tickets on the Disney World website by following these very easy steps:

    1. Go to the Disney World website.
    2. Hover over "Tickets & Parks" and click "Buy Theme Park Tickets."
    3. Click the blue "Continue" button.
    4. Select "1" under "Select the Number of Days."
    5. Choose the date you would like to visit.
    6. From there, you can see the price for each Disney Theme Park and also pick the type of ticket you would like to purchase. (I love this screen because it will show you the prices of each type of ticket.)
    7. Select the number of tickets.
    8. Follow the prompts to purchase your ticket! YEP...it's that easy!

If you have other questions, please do not hesitate to ask! We are here to help in any way!

    Have a MAGICAL day!
