Hey, howdy, hey Tracey and welcome to planDisney!
I am so glad your are planning a trip south of the 40th parallel to visit the place "where dreams come true."
I am a huge fan of the
Walt Disney World Swan and
Dolphin Hotels as they are conveniently adjacent to the fun and flavors of
Disney's BoardWalk and they have many of the same benefits as the
Disney Deluxe Resort hotels. More on that in a bit. When you make your Walt Disney World Swan Hotel reservation you should receive confirmation number that you may enter in your
My Disney Experience account if it is not already there. Once you arrive at the Theme Park show them your reservation in the
My Disney Experience app. This will be your credential needed for
Early Theme Park Entry. You will find the confirmation number in the app by tapping the (≡) Feature Menu Page on the lower right then select the Resort Hotel box. I suggest having the confirmation email and a valid ID also. Be sure that all members of your party are linked to the reservation so they have access to this special benefit.
Also know that the Walt Disney World Dolphin, Swan, and
Swan Reserve Hotels provide the additional benefit of
Extended Evening Theme Park Hours on select nights.
planDisney Pro Tip: Back to the benefits. Disney's BoardWalk has some of the best entertainment. On Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 6:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. the BoardWalk Buskers perform. These jugglers, magicians, and acrobats amaze children of all ages. They usually set up near
AbracadaBar and
Flying Fish restaurant. During their performance you can enjoy
BoardWalk Ice Cream, grab a slice from the
Pizza Window, or an adult beverage from nearby. I have spent nights watching fireworks soar above EPCOT reflecting off Crescent Lake, and marveled at the dueling ivory key pianos at
Jellyrolls. This is a gem that is not-so-hidden from most Guests.
I hope this information helps you have the most pixie-dusted adventure. Please
write me back directly if you have follow-up questions.
Tracey, enjoy making many Magical Memories.
