Hello and welcome to
planDisney, Britanny. Thanks for stopping by to chit-chat about your upcoming
Walt Disney World vacation.
Britanny, a
Good Neighbor Hotel is a hotel that is located near but not at Walt Disney World. These hotels are not owned by Walt Disney World and are considered staying off property. Out of the 40ish Good Neighbor Hotels, only a few of them offer the Early Entry benefit. Those are Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek, Waldorf Astoria Orlando, B Resort & Spa Lake Buena Vista, DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Orlando, Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace, Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista, Holiday Inn Orlando, Wyndham Garden Lake Buena Vista, Wyndham Lake Buena Vista, and Four Seasons Resort Orlando. Other than those hotels listed above, the others aren't able to be linked to your MyDisneyExperience at this time.
Good Neighbor Hotels are great hotels and it actually takes quite a bit for them to get the Good Neighbor stamp of approval from Disney. They must provide transportation to the Walt Disney World Theme Parks, offer Walt Disney World customer service at their location, be close to Walt Disney World and offer great affordable rates. In fact, Walt Disney World is so particular about who they consider a good neighbor that there are often surprise checks and visits to make sure each hotel is keeping up its standards.
Here is a
list of all of the Walt Disney World Resort Hotels that can be linked and offer the early entry in case you wanted to take a look, Britanny. It's a nice perk to have but just last week I stayed off property and was able to check off all of my must-do's each day at the Walt Disney World Theme Parks.
I hope this helps. If you have any other questions, please feel free to stop back by and
ask me. I'm happy to help.
Have a magical trip!
Jackie H.
