Welcome to planDisney! We're so glad you stopped by with your question, and I'm thrilled you're considering a stay at
Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa. Whenever I've had the chance to stay here, it feels like the ultimate in relaxation.
Additionally, it is one of the most conveniently located hotels of the entire Disneyland Resort! That's because it has it's own direct entrance into
Disney California Adventure Park directly from the hotel. You'll head to the hotel lobby and follow the signs direct to the park entrance, which has its own security screen and ticket scanner. Depending on where your room is within the hotel, this should take you 5 minutes or less to get to, and you'll enter near
Grizzly Peak, which is typically a little quieter than the main entrance in my experience.
For
Disneyland Park, you're also right around the corner from main entry gate for this park as well. The quickest access will be again starting in the lobby and following the signs to Disneyland Park. You'll walk through the
Downtown Disney District and should be able to arrive to the entry gate within 10-15 minutes at a slower paced walk.
