I'm staying at a Disney Spings Hilton hotel for the Star Wars half marathon. What is the best way to utilize Uber to get to race. Should I get dropped off at a resort hotel and shuttle to MK or get dropped off at Epcot and take shuttle to MK?

Hi Danielle! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

Oh my goodness, runDisney's Star Wars Rival Run Half Marathon is almost here and I know you must be SO excited for it! There is a lot of work that goes into preparing for the race and it is all about to pay off. Yay!

Since transportation from Disney Resort hotels are reserved for Guests staying at those locations, you will want to head to Epcot and use the shuttles to Magic Kingdom Park from there. I suggest getting there early for a few reasons. In my experience at Walt Disney World races, there are usually less people there early which means less time waiting for a shuttle, there is often some walking involved to get to your corral and you don't want to feel rushed, and you want to allow yourself plenty of time so you aren't stressed out first thing before the race! I have always been super impressed with transportation before all runDisney events and I bet they will have transportation organized very well to get you over to Magic Kingdom Park.

I hope this helps, Danielle! Enjoy your "race-cation" and let us know if you have any other questions.
