    I'm staying at a Disney resort for a conference and extending my trip. Because I will need to change rooms, is there somewhere to put my luggage between having to check-out and check back in on the same day if I want to spend that day at a park?

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Megan! 

    I always love to see questions from my fellow South Carolinians. I also think it's a great idea to extend your time at Walt Disney World® Resort after your conference! 

    If you are extending your trip at the same resort hotel that your conference is being held at, you may be able to keep the room you are already in if both rooms are the same "category."  You can make this request by phone by calling (407) 939-1936. Have your resort hotel confirmation number ready and ask the Cast Member to note on your reservation that you are extending your stay and would like the same room. 

    However, if you do need to change room locations, you can store your language with Bell Services. You can take advantage of this complementary service two ways: press the Bell Service button on your in-room phone to have a Bellman retrieve your bags from your room before you leave. You will then be given a claim voucher to provide Bell Services when you're ready to retrieve your bags. The other option is to drop your luggage by the Bell Service desk in the lobby on your way out to the parks. When you return, you can stop by and retrieve your bags by providing your claim voucher, or have them sent to your room. It's that easy!
