ground transportation pickup at a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel, even if you are not staying at that particular hotel. You will need to book your transportation in advance with Disney Cruise Line, then plan to use a rideshare service to meet at the designated meeting area in the hotel.
You will receive an email approximately 48 hours before your planned departure time with the additional details you will need, such as the time and location to meet. You can expect that the meeting time will be in the morning. For example, my most recent experience aboard a Disney Cruise Line bus from
Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge had a meeting time of 9:15 a.m. for a 9:45 a.m. departure. The time will vary depending on your hotel, but I hope that approximation will help you as you make plans.
