Hi Hannah! Welcome to planDisney! Thanks for stopping by with your question!
You have picked a great place to stay for your upcoming visit! The
Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel is located in the EPCOT Resort Area and a short walk away from both
Disney's Hollywood Studios and
EPCOT. You also have Disney's Boardwalk only steps away and countless dining options including
Trattoria al Forno and
Flying Fish. I've had the chance to eat at each of these restaurants and they are delicious! Also, the lobby at the Dolphin Hotel is stunning and the amenities are right on par with most
Disney Resort Collection hotels.
Although you did not book your stay directly through Disney, you can still link your reservation to your
My Disney Experience account. Head over to the website and log into your account. Once there, select "My Reservations and Tickets" from the drop-down menu and then choose "Link Resort Hotel Reservation". Try entering the confirmation number provided while booking to see if that will do the trick. If not, you can call the Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel and they should be able to locate your hotel confirmation code that will work specifically with your My Disney Experience App.
While Disney continues to bring back experiences periodically since the closure,
Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique is still waiting on its magical reopening date. I have two little princesses at home that are eager to have their first experience at the salon inside of
Cinderella Castle. Speaking of Cinderella, she is now meeting Guests at the
Princess Fairytale Hall at
Magic Kingdom Park along with Princess Tiana. They are modified meet and greets, so no close contact or warm hugs, but you will still be able to take pictures at a safe distance. It might be fun for your child to get dressed up in their favorite princess dress and meet two of the best princesses at all of Disney!
Hannah, I'm wishing you all the best on your upcoming visit. Have the most magical time!
See ya real soon!
