I'm staying at Disney from 27th December this year. Can you tell me if the Castle in MK will still have the Christmas lights up? Thank you :)

    Hi Sarah,

It's lovely to see a question from a fellow Brit!

My family spent Christmas and New Year at Walt Disney World last year and all I can say is that the decorations at both the Parks and Resorts are absolutely beautiful.

The Castle Dream Lights will indeed still be up when you arrive on 27 December 2011. They are my favourite thing to see when visiting during this time of year and really are completely enchanting. Cast Members begin taking all of the Christmas decorations down starting from the first few days of January so I would definitely recommend that you go to see them on one of the first days of your trip.

Wishing you a magical trip filled with memories which will last a lifetime!
