Welcome back to planDisney, Nick! Autumn in
Walt Disney World Resort is the most spectacular place to be. It may still be a bit warm in Florida, but the decorations and the treats will have you falling for the season.
I recently stayed at
Disney's Coronado Springs Resort in the Grand Destino Tower with access to Chronos Club, a
Club Level Concierge lounge. It was amazing! I was there for
runDisney Marathon Weekend, and the Smucker's Uncrustables after the race was the best peanut butter and jelly sandwich I have ever had.
There is so much to enjoy at the Club Level lounges, including continental breakfasts, snacks, desserts, coffee, beer and wine. I always enjoyed grabbing bottled water on the way out to a theme park. You also have a Concierge team ready to assist you with dining reservations and park and transportation information.
You will need your
MagicBand+ or Key to the World card to enter the Club Level lounge, but you will not need either of these to access your resort room floor. Although lounge access is limited to guests in your resort reservation, your friends can easily meet you and hang out in your room.
I know the weather forecasters are excited about the arrival of spring this week, but I am simultaneously thrilled about the upcoming holiday: Halfway to Halloween. Be sure to check out the
Disney Parks Blog Halloween page around the end of April for a shriek peek at the ghoulishly awesome surprises that will be awaiting your arrival this fall. I am sure it will all make quite a scream.
Please come back to
planDisney with any other questions as you plan your trip.
See 'ya real soon!
