Disney’s BoardWalk Inn is a lovely spot to call home while you’re vacationing at Walt Disney World, Megan. Excellent choice!
Current health and safety measures do prohibit unregistered Guests from visiting hotels in the Disney Resorts Collection, but there is an exception. Guests who have confirmed dining reservations may visit a hotel where they are not staying in order to enjoy a meal. As long as you have a dining reservation, you can visit another resort.
When it comes to feasting on a traditional Thanksgiving meal, the first restaurant to come to mind is
Liberty Tree Tavern in Magic Kingdom. It’s a family favorite! They serve an all-you-care-to-enjoy menu every day that features traditional Thanksgiving foods like turkey, stuffing and mashed potatoes. If you dine here, you'll enjoy your meal in a colonial setting that is perfect for celebrating on Thanksgiving!
I’m happy to tell you, too, that you’ll find plenty of options for dining on a traditional Thanksgiving meal on the holiday itself. Many of the restaurants in the resort hotels will create and serve special holiday-inspired menus to ensure that Guests can enjoy Thanksgiving favorites during their vacations. Those will be announced closer to the holiday.
I’m wishing you a magical vacation on yummy feast, Megan!
