Jan, I too like to have food in our villa (
especially breakfast items so we can hit the parks early) so I appreciate this question. While I live in the Keystone state, I spent many summers (and beyond) with my Grandmother who was a Florida resident, so I'm familiar with Publix. It looks like you a few options with this grocery store. If you'd like those items delivered, Publix has partnered with Instacart which delivers to the Walt Disney World Resort. You can also select curbside pickup which would be possible with the help of a rideshare service like Lyft or Uber. When you visit the website for Publix, just make sure to put in the zip code for Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort which is 32830.
