    I'm staying at ASMR in 12/16-12/23 in a preferred room. Can you request a specific building when doing online check-in? We really want to be in Toy Story or Fantasia, but we're arriving late on the 16th. I don't think they'll be much selection left then.

    Hi Sharon:

    My family always takes advantage of online check in, a service starting 10-days before your stay. When you check-in online before arriving at the Resort, you provide your party's names, address, contact information, any room requests, and a credit card for room charges. When you arrive at the Resort, you will look for the signs directing you to online check-in at the front desk.

    I would make your room or building request when you check in online.  You can also call the Resort a few days before you arrive to make the request again.  While room requests are not guaranteed, hopefully you'll be pleasantly surprised.
