I'm stay at a WDW neighbor hotel- Holiday Inn Disney Springs- and I cannot get the reservation to link to my Disney app. I was told it was possible with the neighbor hotels. Is there something special I have to do?

Hiya, Emilie, and welcome back to planDisney! I’m so glad you’re here, and I’m even more excited for your upcoming adventures at the Most Magical Place on Earth!

First off, I’m sorry you’re having trouble linking your hotel reservation to the My Disney Experience mobile app. I did some research, and it looks like you should be able to link your hotel reservation at The Holiday Inn Orlando – Disney Springs Resort Area! So, let’s explore the steps to help you get back on track!

    1. I recommend starting by finding the confirmation number you received when making your reservation. This is the number you’ll want to link to the My Disney Experience app, or to your My Disney Experience account online

    2. On the mobile app, click “Link Hotel,” which can be found under “My Plans,” and follow the prompts from there.

    3. Online, look for “My Disney Experience” in the upper-right corner of the page. Select “My Plans." Then, under “Resort Hotel,” select “Link a Reservation,” and follow the prompts from there.

If you’re still having trouble, I recommend calling Website Support at (407) 939-4357, and a Cast Member will be happy to help you.

Your hotel is in the heart of the Disney magic, just an 8-minute walk to Disney Springs! Whenever I visit the Walt Disney World Resort, my visit isn’t complete until I’ve spent some time wandering around this special spot. Back in February, my family enjoyed a delicious meal at D-Luxe Burger… their artisanal shakes and floats are truly epic! I highly recommend using Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering to save time and limit contact at dining locations throughout the Resort.

Last but not least, I recommend checking The Holiday Inn Orlando – Disney Springs Resort Area website for some updated alerts regarding transportation, policies, and food and beverage service. I also suggest checking out the “What to Know Before You Go” page to learn about the latest updates around the Walt Disney World Resort. These days, it’s a good idea to be as prepared as possible.

You’re going to make so many magical memories, Emilie! Wishing you safe travels and pixie-dusted fun in the sun!
