Hi I'm going to stay at Hilton Lake Buena Vista Disney Springs. Do you know where is the shuttle drop off at Magic Kingdom? Thank you!

Hello, hello there, Joana! You're as welcome as can be here at planDisney. I'm so happy to see that you decided to stop by to say hello!

Woo-hoo! You will be heading to the magic of the Walt Disney World Resort in no time! I bet you're feeling super excited at the moment. I hope that your bags are packed and that you're ready to go, because you're in for a real treat. You are absolutely going to love the 50th Anniversary celebrations, so keep your eyes and EARS peeled at all times!

Joana, you picked an absolutely wonderful Walt Disney World Good Neighbor Hotel for your stay at the Most Magical Place on Earth. You scored a ton of value and convenience, so kudos to you! One of the greatest perks of staying at a Good Neighbor Hotel is that you get complimentary transportation to and from the Walt Disney World Theme Parks. Since you're staying off-site, the drop-off location for your hotel's shuttles at Magic Kingdom Park is right beside the Transportation and Ticket Center. From here, you'll easily be able to catch the Monorail or a ferry boat that will take you directly to the main entrance!

I highly encourage you to request a shuttle schedule at your hotel just to make sure that you know exactly what time you need to be boarding the bus at the end of the night. Some Good Neighbor Hotels stop boarding shuttles before the posted Theme Park closing hours, so I would be mindful of that. Otherwise, you can always book a rideshare service like Uber or Lyft after you're done playing for the day!

Have fun, Joana! If you have any other questions in English or in Portuguese, you know where to find us. We're always available and happy to help!

    Have a magical day,

    Ana Paula
