Im sorry but this is confusing. I want to book a hotel, get tickets with fastpasses, maybe a rental car 1 day and to be able to do all activities available and pay for it monthly. Its very confusing

    Hi Eva,

It's wonderful to hear you're planning a visit to the Disneyland Resort. There's so much magic awaiting you!

If you'd like to book your own vacation package, I'm happy to share a quick overview with a few simple steps. You can also contact the Disneyland Resort by calling (714) 520-5060 to speak with a friendly Cast Member to book your vacation package.

Eva, you mention that you'd like to pay for your vacation package monthly. Vacation package payment options will depend on when you plan to travel. If you book your vacation package 30 days or less before your planned arrival, payment in full will be due when the reservation is made. If you book your vacation package 31 days or more before your arrival, a deposit of $200 will be required within 3 days of booking, and the payment in full would be due 30 days before your arrival. Booking 31 days or more before you arrive would give you the opportunity to make payments on your own schedule -- for example monthly -- by the final payment date.

Check for theme park reservation availability.
You'll need both a theme park ticket and a theme park reservation to visit a Disneyland Resort theme park. Start with taking a look at the Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar. You'll want to check that the theme park you want to visit shows that it has reservations available for the day you want to visit.

Book your vacation package. Use the "Book Your Vacation Package" feature. You'll be prompted to search for Resort hotel availability by entering your check in and check out dates and the number of adults and children in your travel party. You can then review and select your Resort hotel, add your theme park tickets, and add your ground transportation.

Link your Disneyland Resort hotel reservation. After you complete the booking for your vacation package, you can sign in to your Disneyland Resort account and use the "Retrieve Hotel Reservation" feature. You'll be prompted to enter your reservation or confirmation number, your last name, and your arrival date.

Make your theme park reservations. If the theme park ticket you purchased was a standard one park per day ticket, you would make a reservation for the one theme park you'd like to visit each day. If the theme park ticket you purchased was a Park Hopper Ticket, you would make a reservation for the park where you want to start your day, and then you could visit the other park beginning at 1 p.m. based on that park's availability.

Download and use the Disneyland Resort mobile app. The Disneyland Resort mobile app helps you manage your theme park tickets and your theme park reservations. In addition, the app features interactive maps and  fun and helpful content to make your visit to the theme parks even more magical.

One more note, Eva, is that you'll want to follow the Disney Parks Blog for news about the new Disney Genie digital service that replaces the retired FastPass+ and Disney MaxPass services you might be familiar with.

Eva, here's wishing you a wonderful stay at the Disneyland Resort!

Meet the Panelist: Jerry, Pennsylvania

The playful and creative optimism of all things Disney has enthralled me since I was a kid. I loved watching "The Wonderful World of Disney" on Sunday nights, seeing all the live-action and animated classics in theaters, and — of course — visiting "The Most Magical Place on Earth" for the first time 45 years ago. These days, the big kid in me still loves to play Disney. As a long-time Disney destinations vacationer, I'm looking forward to helping you play Disney starting here at planDisney!
